    How does Faircarer's locating and scheduling process work?

    Faircarer's #1 priority is ensuring clients get access to the most convenient care for their needs. After we've received the new client intake form (submitted by the attorney or staff member on our portal), we work directly with the client to better understand their injury details and personal needs. Once we have the information, we match the client with a conveniently located doctor experienced in treating similar injuries.

    Does Faircarer have financial relationships with medical providers?

    No, Faircarer doesn't have any financial relationships with medical providers. Further, we maintain a strict no gift policy to help avoid potential conflicts of interest and ethical concerns.

    How do I get started with Faircarer?

    Submit this form and we'll get in touch to set you up on Faircarer's secure portal.

    Once you're set up, to submit a new client you simply complete a new client intake form and we'll take it from there. The new client intake form includes basic questions like: client name and contact information, accident type, and recommended treatment needs.

    What does Faircarer cost?

    Faircarer charges a flat fee for each successful medical appointment we schedule. Our fee is paid for by the attorney as an administrative expense to the case.
